At first, he doesn't show any manners, respect and love for his mute but not deaf grandma and usually wish to have certain thing even if he knows that she have no money to buy for all he wants. At the end, she realizes after he have seen the efforts and job of his grandma does to give what hewants and felt kindness and guilt in his heart.
